Spiritual Wellness
Spirituality encompasses more than our religious beliefs and is extremely individualized. Spirituality can be described as the feeling we have when we experience a meaningful connection with something larger than ourselves.
Sometimes this is felt in the connection between good friends, in art, when exploring nature, or in a time of crisis. The moment may inspire a sense of wonderment, respect, or astonishment with a deep sense of interconnectedness to the world or divine. Our spirituality can be affected by our past experiences, culture, and religion.
Some ways to develop spirituality:
- Walk in nature without distractions such as your phone
 - Pray
 - Practice meditation
 - Journal: Need help getting started? Try our journal prompt (for printing out only).
